Our Services are designed to support a primary care medical practice and may include general health information, patient onboarding forms, appointment-related resources, and the sale of non-clinical goods such as books or educational materials. The Services do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our website and online store are powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide certain Services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with any policies referenced herein (including our Privacy Policy), govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read them carefully, as they affect your legal rights.

Medical care is provided only through in-person or authorized telehealth visits with licensed clinicians of Family 1st Primary Care, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND NON-CLINICAL SERVICES
We may offer non-clinical products such as books, educational materials, or branded items through our online store. These products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately; however, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, or colors will be exact.

Family 1st Primary Care is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Family 1st Primary Care. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us.
