We invite you to schedule a Complimentary Meet & Greet Visit, where you can tour our clinic, meet our dedicated team, and learn about the extensive services we offer.
Becoming a Patient at Family 1st Primary Care
When you’re seen at any affiliated hospital or urgent care, simply inform the staff that you are selecting Family 1st Primary Care as your primary care provider. They will update your chart and notify our office.
Once you’re home, you can book your first visit, typically within your first few weeks of joining, to review your medical history, medications, and any immediate health needs.

Your First Primary Care Visit
Your first appointment is designed to help us get to know you and understand your health goals. During this visit, we will:
✨ Review your medical history, medications, and previous records
✨ Check vital signs and complete a routine physical exam
✨ Discuss any ongoing concerns, symptoms, or chronic conditions
✨ Create a personalized wellness or treatment plan tailored to your needs
Please remember to:
👉 Bring your insurance card and any recent medical records
👉 Confirm your insurance plan has assigned you to Family 1st Primary Care (if required)
